Mark Robbins Mark Robbins has twenty years experience in commercial real estate with eighteen years in brokerage, leasing and management. His career experience includes properties located throughout the Eastern United States. Robbins has brokered, managed and/or leased various types of properties including retail strip centers, value retail malls, outlet strip centers, enclosed malls, office buildings, medical office buildings, industrial parks, office/showroom properties, apartments and associations. Robbins has represented prestigious regional and national clients such as Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc., First Union National Bank, Woodman of the World Life Insurance Society, Fidelity Federal Savings and Loan, Cumberland Bank and Federal Savings, Western Southern Life Insurance, G.E. Capital, Prudential Asset Management Group, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, United Investors Realty Trust, Sumner Regional Medical Center and Equity One. Mark Robbins was with Insignia/ESG, Inc. for eight years where he held several positions. Robbins was an Investment Sales Manager specializing in the sale of shopping centers. He also served as the Director of Property Management supervising the management of approximately 5,000,000 square feet of shopping centers in the eastern United States. Additionally, he was Regional Manager where he was responsible for the management and leasing of a 3,000,000 square foot portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. Insignia/ESG, Inc. purchased Jacques-Miller in 1991 where Robbins held the title of Vice President of Commercial Properties. His responsibilities included overseeing the leasing and management of a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties totaling approximately 2,500,000 square feet. Mark Robbins is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), a Real Property Administrator and a Certified Property Manager. Robbins is a Real Estate Broker in the states of Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky and a member of ICSC, IREM, and BOMA.
